Information on the collection and processing of personal data

Personal data provided in the contact form is processed by SOLUS SOŁTYK Sp. z o.o., based in Mogilany, for the purpose of responding to inquiries and, in the case of placing an order via the contact form, by phone, or by email — for the purpose of processing the order (shipment and tracking).

The recipient of the personal data is the courier company delivering the ordered goods.

This data is not transferred to any third country or international organization.

The data is stored for a period compliant with the applicable legal regulations.

At the same time, SOLUS informs that:

The client has the right to access their data and the right to rectify, erase, restrict processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to the processing of data provided voluntarily — including the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

A declaration of withdrawal of consent must be submitted in writing to SOLUS, either by post (ul. Myślenicka 4, 32-031 Mogilany, Poland) or electronically to the email address: biuro@solus.net.pl.

The client has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) if they believe the processing of their personal data violates the GDPR regulations.

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to respond to inquiries or fulfill an order.

Detailed information on Client rights under the GDPR:

Right of access to personal data

The data subject has the right to obtain information about which of their personal data is processed by SOLUS, the purposes of processing, and a copy of the data.

Right to rectification and erasure of personal data

At any time, the data subject is obligated to inform SOLUS of any changes to their personal data.

They may also request deletion of their data if, for example, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, there are no legal grounds for continued processing, or the data is being processed unlawfully. Data may be deleted when SOLUS no longer has legal grounds to process it.

Right to restrict the processing of personal data

If the data subject indicates that conditions under Article 18 of the GDPR have been met, for example, SOLUS no longer needs certain data, and there are no grounds for further processing — they may request restriction of data processing (e.g., suspension of operations or prevention of deletion).

Right to data portability

The data subject has the right to receive their personal data — which they have provided to SOLUS — in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. A data transfer request can be submitted by the data subject. The data will be provided on a password-protected CD.

Right not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling

Customer personal data is not processed by SOLUS using automated decision-making or profiling.

Right to object to personal data processing

The data subject may object to the processing of their personal data at any time.

To exercise any of the above rights, the Client may contact SOLUS either in writing at the company’s address (ul. Myślenicka 4, 32-031 Mogilany) or electronically at: biuro@solus.net.pl.
